When you send us an enquiry we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, state, project details and any files you attach. Our website may also collect general, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver work you engage us for and keep records of our dealings with you. We do not sell your personal information.

Your files and designs

Drawings, CAD files and project details you send us are treated as confidential and used only to assess and deliver your project. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to deliver your project, for example with manufacturing partners who make parts for you, and with service providers that host our website, forms and records. These providers may store data outside Australia.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@hypertechgroup.com.au.
